We want you to feel good about what you bought. One-time purchases are covered by our 14-day refund policy.

Products covered

  • The Full Reading ($9.99 USD, one-time): A written digital report of about 3,000+ words in twelve chapters, generated for your chart and delivered on the web and by email link.
  • Relationship Playbook ($5.99 USD, one-time): Why you keep bumping into each other, what sets each of you off, and how to meet each other well. Both of you can read it.
  • A Full Reading, gifted ($9.99 USD, one-time): A single-use gift code and shareable link that lets the recipient generate their own chart and unlock a Full Reading.
  • 2027 Field Guide ($12.99 USD, one-time): A seasonal guide to how the 2027 Red Goat (丁未) year meets your chart — themes, flow and friction, and rituals across all four seasons.
  • Keepsake Edition ($4.99 USD, one-time): A designed, print-ready A5 keepsake layout of your Full Reading with your day-pillar card, three pins and rituals, ready to save as a PDF.
  • Bornimal Plus ($4.99 USD per month): Monthly membership with the extended daily reading, two Relationship Playbooks per month, and seasonal guides. Cancel anytime from your shelf.

Plus membership

Plus renews monthly. Cancel anytime from your shelf to stop future renewals. There are no partial-month refunds unless required by law.

One-time purchases: 14 days, no questions

  • Email support@example.com (or reply to your receipt) within 14 days of purchase.
  • We refund the full amount to your original payment method. You don’t need to explain why.
  • Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Most banks show the refund within 5–10 business days.

If your Full Reading is refunded, the reading remains available to read.

If something went wrong

If your reading failed to generate, didn’t arrive, or you were charged twice, write to us and we’ll fix it or refund you straight away — even after 14 days.

Please talk to us before your bank

A card dispute takes weeks; an email to us takes a day. We answer every message.
